No system is built for the real work of managing reps. Too much depends on what managers happen
to notice, remember, and prioritize - making management reactive instead of proactive.
The signals live in different tools.
You see it after it hits.
Coaching? Recognition? Support? When?
Gaps stay invisible in the daily rush.
Pipeline wins. Management waits.
Turnover. Stalled deals. Lost pipeline.
diffi was built to end the chaos of today’s sales management - turning managers from firefighters into proactive
leaders who are always on top of what matters, with powerful visibility and effortless execution.
The intelligence & execution layer for sales management: see the full context around each rep, surface what matters, and go from “what’s happening?” to “done” in minutes.

No. diffi fits the way you already manage. It connects to the tools you use every day - CRM, Slack, email, calendar, meetings - and reads them in the background. Setup is a short, guided connection of each source with our team; after that you keep managing as you do today, with far more context behind every decision.
Because each one sees only part of the picture. Your CRM sees pipeline. Slack sees conversations. Calendar sees meetings. diffi connects the business, work, human, and management context across them - so you can see what is changing, what needs attention, and what to do next.
By helping managers act earlier and more consistently on the things that drive performance - coaching, motivation, execution, rep development, risks, and follow-through. Better management helps unlock more of every rep’s potential, protect performance, and prevent small issues from becoming expensive ones.
Yes. Changes in motivation, engagement, workload, or behavior often appear before they become performance or retention problems. diffi helps surface those changes early, giving managers time to understand what is happening and act while it can still make a difference.
Yes. diffi carries much of the remembering, connecting, preparing, and following up that normally lives in the manager’s head. It also helps keep management aligned with best practices and company standards - so managers can increase their impact without adding more hours to the day.
diffi works at the team level. Each manager gets the full context of their own reps - signals with the evidence behind them, a file per rep, prepared 1:1s and suggested actions. It does not roll signals up across teams or push standards down from leadership; it makes each manager’s own decisions faster and better informed.
diffi connects only to the sources your organization chooses, and it reads them: it does not write to your CRM. You pick the Slack channels and mail labels it can see; with no mail label picked, it reads the whole inbox. Each organization’s data is kept separate from every other’s, and access inside diffi is by role. diffi does not mirror the permissions of each connected tool, so choose what you connect deliberately.
Access inside diffi is by role, and every organization’s data is kept separate from every other’s. A manager works with their own team: the chat and the pages show the reps on that manager’s team. Reps are not users of diffi; they see only a prep link when you send them one.
